'The Bus Stop' Story Ideas

As we all know, there are two main reasons why people appear at a bus stop - wait for bus and get out from the bus. What else could happen? Some people appear at the bus stop daily, some maybe once a week and some maybe once in a lifetime.

Is bus stop a boring place? No, it can be a place that full of stories. I started to brainstorm different things could be happened at a bus stop without limiting myself.

Initial Ideas :

- someone talking to phone emotionally

- fighting / quarreling

- ambulance passes by

- kids chase the ice-cream truck

- raining, everyone squeeze in

- a kid walks happily, swinging bag

- a group of noisy school students

- bossy pregnant woman

- pickpocket

- robbery (parkour)

- sleepy white collar / animators

- zombie waits for bus

- old nanny with grocery bags

- people who is rushing to somewhere / late to work / chases the bus

- OCD people

- old man walks a dog

- people on bike

- kid drops his ice-cream / lost his balloon / cries

- someone farts

- spiderman / superhero hides behind the bus stop to change uniform

- a mum with baby pram

- Dog walks on two legs

- giant waits for bus, every steps shakes the earth

- chicken rest on the roof of bus stop

- a young student eating pizza / burger, someone very hungry looking at him

- bus stop transforms robot

- someone dance at the bus stop / pole dancing

- dogs chase around

After that, I finalised my idea for my project and drew out storyboard.

To develop advanced animation skills, I created characters in different body size, genders, ages and personalities. I hope I can study and create believable body mechanism through my project.
